Easy-to-use Portable Livestock Scale
Rice Lake’s MAS-P portable livestock scale can be easily moved and monitored. The control center is conveniently mounted on the exterior of the cage so ranchers can safely view transactions. The weatherproof enclosure protects the instrumentation and printer for years of trouble-free use.
Legal for Trade Livestock Scale
Rice Lake’s scales can weigh cattle, pigs, goats or other livestock. The onboard weighing design is suited to the unpredictable conditions of multisite use. When in transport mode, the cage is “locked down” to the base frame. This prevents cage movement and load cell damage during transport. The load is applied to or removed from load cells through a manual lift/lower lever system.
The MAS-P is a Legal for Trade scale, even in locations where the scale may be off-level by as much as 3° or 6%. With NTEP and Measurement Canada certification, the MAS-P helps ranchers ensure accurate weights.
