No response has been received from the detector.

Detail

Communication between the console and the detector has not been performed.

The sub-error includes the communication phase number.

A communication error immediately after the completion of power-on processing will cause this error.

Solution

Press [STOP] to disconnect the communication with the detector.

Operation is possible without label applicator.

Press the [REEXEC] button to check the connection with the detector.

Release the error after confirming the connection.

Check the RS485 communication line of the main board (P-100, P-1100, P-1163).

Check the RS485 communication line [A221 XJ-11] and the DC 24V power supply [A221 XJ-9] of the detector board.
