Error content The cutter is not positioned at the origin.
Detail Occurs when the cutter is not at the origin when a label is issued.
Sub-error 0001: Wrapping operation in progress
Solution Press the [CUTTER EXEC] button. After the cutter operation, perform a blank feed.
Action by user Press the [CUTTER EXEC] button.
Check the printer unit and verify the label condition.
Action by service representative Check the cutter origin sensor.
Replace the cutter unit.

Remarks This error occurs when the origin sensor is not shaded when the label cutter is about to operate.
If this error occurs in combination with an error such as label issuance failure, deal by addressing the combined error first. If the primary error occurs alone, take the following actions.
-Move the position of the origin sensor about 1 mm closer to the blade side.
