0312-0000	The label remains.
0312-0000	The label remains on the POP label printer (Printer 5).
0312-0001	The label remains on the label sticking part. Blinking green LED: Label applicator Blinking yellow LED: Printer
0312-0002	The label remains on the POP label sticking part.
0312-0004	The label remains on the bottom label printer (Printer 4).
0312-0005	The label remains on the label sticking part of the bottom label printer (Printer 4).

Error content	The peel sensor or label suction sensor detected the remaining label when the label was issued. Checking the same sensor as in the case of error 0351.
Detail	The sub-error number tells you where the problem is. 0000: Peeling sensor In the pre-check before printing starts, the peeling sensor is in a light-shielded state (the peeling sensor value is below the threshold value). The peel sensor may be dirty, so clean the sensor. Adjust the sensitivity of the peeling sensor. It is important that the optical axis of the sensor is aligned. 0001: Label applicator The label detection sensor is in a reflective state and the label remains on the label applicator. This can be confirmed on the sensor check screen of the top label applicator. 0002: POP label applicator The label detection sensor is in a reflective state and the label remains on the label applicator. This can be confirmed on the sensor check screen of the top label applicator. 0004: Bottom label printer Remove the label on the roller of the bottom label printer.
Solution	RRemove the label on the printer and press the [OK] button.
User’s action	Remove the label on the printer and take the slack out of the label mount. Remove the label on the label applicator.
Service person’s action	Check the operation of the peeling sensor of the printer in which the error has occurred. Check the label detection sensor of the label applicator (top label applicator sensor check). Failure signal from XJ6 on the P-1163 [A10] board (board failure)
