The detection of a tray has failed.

Detail

The tray with the same size as the size detected by the detector is not registered in the master.

Although it was possible to take the dimensions, a tray whose dimensions are within ±30 mm in width and ±10 mm in depth from the measured dimensions is not registered.

* The search target is not the tray size, but the detection size indicated in the lower right part of the tray registration screen.

* Dimensions within ±30 mm in width and ±10 mm in depth are default values.

ADJUST mode: CAMERA (Automatic Recognition): BASIC tab: Detection error range (ERROR RANGE): This change is not recommended although it is possible to change at the 5 Tray L location.

It is recommended to use the value that is already set.

Solution

Reset the tray and press the [OK] button.

User’s action

Reset the tray in the center.

Clean the camera and the weighing platter.

Service person’s action

Reset the tray in the center.

Check the camera detection.

ADJUST mode: CAMERA (Automatic Recognition): BASIC tab: Detection error range (ERROR RANGE): Confirm the value at the 5 Tray L location.

5 Tray L (width) 30 cm and 5 Tray W (depth) 10 cm are default values.

Clean the camera.

Replace the weighing platter.

Reset the tray detection size.

Error code 0326, 0327, 0328: The detection has failed.

Error code 0333: The tray was detected, but a tray whose size is close to the detected size is not found after searching all registered trays.

Error code 0334: The tray was detected, but it is not registered in the 5 Tray locations. There is a tray whose size is close to the detected size when all registered trays are searched.
