Detail

There are multiple trays in the 5 price table, which are within the range of the tray input restrictions (within 10 mm in width and 10 mm in depth) on the [ADJUST mode: CAMERA (Automatic Recognition)] screen of the size detected by the detector.

(An attention is called because an erroneous detection may easily occur under the present setting)

Solution

Delete unnecessary trays with the close size from among trays displayed in red.

Or, press the [OK] button (ignore the warning).

It is not recommended to press [OK] because an error occurs every time a product is called and erroneous detections may occur frequently.

User’s action

Delete the tray numbers which are not used in the 5 price table.

Check the product master.

Service person’s action

Check the product master.

Check the high order product master when linked with a higher rank system.
