The label remains on the label applicator (when using hand-pasted labels or bottom labels)
Checking the same sensor as in the case of error 0312.

Detail

When the [MENU] key is pressed while the label is not peeled off, an error will be displayed.

Solution

Remove label, [OK] button.

Action by user

Press the [OK] button to finish production.

Action by service representative

Press the [OK] button to finish production.

Confirm that there is no actual result remaining error.
