A label remains at the label applicator.

It is detected by the same sensor as in the case of Error 0351.

The content can be segmented by the sub-error number.

0000: Printer

The peeling sensor is shielded from light when prechecking the start of printing.

The peeling sensor value (Peel Sensitivity) is less than the threshold value (Peel Detect).

Adjust the peeling sensor sensitivity.

Check that the optical axis of the peeling sensor is positioned accurately.

The message may vary depending on the error location.

0001: Label applicator (The label detection sensor is in a reflection state, and the error is detected by the sensor check of the upper label applicator.)

0002: POP label applicator

Release method

Remove the label remaining at the printer and press the [OK] button.

User’s action

Remove the label remaining at the printer and adjust slackning of the label mount.

Remove the label remaining at the label applicator.

Service action

Check the operation of the peeling sensor of the printer that has caused an error.

Check the label detection sensor of the label applicator (upper label applicator sensor check).
