Error content

There was no response with respect to the inquiry conducted by the main board(P-1000/P-1100/P-1163) to the wrapper board P-1105 [A200] about the state.
During communication retrial, a beep error sound is heard for "20 times", indicating that retrials are in progress.
If communication is not established, an error is displayed.

Detail

This is a communication error that has occurred after performing power-on processing.
The sub-error includes the communication phase number.
When no communication is possible due to a board defect or disconnection of wire harness, the sub error will become "0000".
0000： Communication is not established at the initial stage of communication

Solution

Press [STOP] to release the error.

Press [REEXEC] to check the connection with the wrapper again.

User’s action

Turn off the power supply and then turn on the power supply again.
By pressing the [STOP] button on the error display screen, the wrapper can be disconnected and used as a pricing printer.

Check RS-485 communication line (harness disconnection, connector contact failure)
Between P-1105 [A100] (XJ27) and P-1105 [A300] (XJ26)
Between P-1105 [A300] (XJ27) and P-1105 [A200] (XJ27)

Defective RS-485 communication port on P-1105 [A100, A200, A300]

When the RS-485 communication port on the main board (P-1000, P-1100, P-1163) [A10] is defective, 1502-0000 (No response from tray detector) is also be displayed.
