The front feeder movement motor is abnormal.

Detail

The front feeder movement motor operation has not been completed normally.

The sub-error has the following meanings:

0001: The operation is not completed though the operation protection timer has expired

(The operation of leaving the original position or the operation of returning to the original position is slow.)

0011: Origin #1 is light-shielded when the front feeder is positioned in Origin #2.

0012: Origin #2 is light-emitted when the front feeder is positioned in Origin #2.

0013: Origin #2 is light-shielded when the front feeder is positioned at the maximum shift (at the rearmost).

Because of strict evaluation, the allowance degree has been changed by the software.

A delay of minimum 100 msec is applied before starting reversal after the return operation.

Solution

Press the [RETURN] button.

Pres [RETURN] button to release the error.

Service person’s action
