Feeding bar motor error

Detail

The feeding bar motor operation has not been completed normally.

The sub-error has the following meanings:

0001: The operation is not completed though the operation protection timer has expired.

0003: The DCB motor is overloaded.

0004: The feedback pulse from the DCB motor is abnormal (phase interruption).

0013: The DCB motor at the reversal operation is overloaded.

(Reversal operation = Performed when the return operation is performed or at the end of the feeding operation.)

0999: Back-feed exceeding the limit count is performed.

1000 or above: The motor steps out.

The value indicates a rough position in which the stepping out of the motor was detected.

Solution

Press the [RETURN] button.

User’s action

Pres [RETURN] button to release the error.

Service person’s action

Check the following related parts and repair or replace the defective part(s).
