The centering motor is abnormal.

Detail

The centering motor operation has not been completed normally.

The sub-error has the following meaning:

0001: The operation is not completed though the operation protection timer has expired.

Solution

Press the [RETURN] button.

Enter “495344” and press [PLU] to exit the error screen, which enables the use as a weighing printer.

User’s action

Press [RETURN] button to release the error.

Service person’s action

Check the following related parts and repair or replace the defective part(s).

④    Centering origin [B205]

⑤  Defect of the wrapper switching power supply

DC 24V is not output.

⑥  When the “0422-0001” error is displayed immediately after “0615-0021” is displayed

F104 or F105 fuse (250[V]6[A]) has blown.
