< Motor voltage is abnormal (435)

|
Error content |
The power supply voltage is abnormal. |
|
Detail |
This error occurs when an abnormal voltage is detected at the P-1105 board. The sub-error has the following meanings: 0001: An undervoltage is detected on P-1105 [A200]. 0002: An overvoltage is detected on P-1105 [A200]. 0011: An undervoltage is detected on P-1105 [A100]. 0012: An overvoltage is detected on P-1105 [A100]. 0021: An undervoltage is detected on P-1105 [A300]. 0022: An overvoltage is detected on P-1105 [A300]. 0031: An undervoltage is detected on P-1105 [A400] (for POP printer). 0032: An overvoltage is detected on P-1105 [A400] (for POP printer). 0041: An undervoltage is detected on P-1105 [A600] (for PS-AI). 0042: An overvoltage is detected on P-1105 [A600] (for PS-AI). In case of undervoltage, this error often occurs simultaneously with an abnormality of the auxiliary contact of the electromagnetic contactor 0485-****. Confirm the error log and resolve the error in the electromagnetic contactor if 0485-**** is simultaneously occurring to restore the error. When only “0435” is displayed, check the upstream 200V supply paths including the electromagnetic contactor. “0608-0000” occurs simultaneously if an abnormality of the auxiliary contact of the electromagnetic contactor is the cause. The machine is turned on, so it is to be assumed that 200V is input from an electrical outlet. It is necessary to locate where the electrical connection is interrupted. |
Solution |
Press the [RETURN] button. (Fundamentally, this is not an error that can be restored by pressing the [RETURN] button.) |
User’s action |
Press [RETURN] button to release the error. All the covers start opening and closing, and the feeder starts moving in and out. |
Service person’s action |
Check the following related parts and repair or replace the defective part(s). |
Related part |
① Check the input power supply (AC 200 - AC 240V). ② P-1105 [A100, A200, A300] ③ POP: P-1105[A400], Interlocking with PS-AI: P-1105[A600] 1. Check the operation of the electromagnetic contactor. (It can be checked visually.) 2. Check the input voltage of P-1105. (AC 200 - AC 240V at the screwing part) 3. Check by going upstream. |

Remarks |
Undervoltage = The electrical connection is interrupted. Overvoltage = This rarely occurs (short circuit inside the board, etc.) |
