The big/small selection is wrong.

Detail

When the lift begins to be pushed up, the rear feeder is positioned at a place where it may collide with the lift head.

In case of this error, the big/small lift determination is not performed by the tray registration, but by the big/small confirmation sensor (B201) installed on the base located on the back of the lift.

The sub-error has the following meanings:

0000 or 001*: Error because the small lift is selected (The stretch value is not enough).

→ This error will not occur even when the stretch is set to “-99”.

This error will occur when the rear feeder movement position small (small lift collision avoidance) B217 is light-shielded while B201 is in a light-shielding state.

0001 or 002*: Error that occurs because the big lift is selected (The big/small selection is improper, or the stretch value is insufficient.)

This error will not occur even when the stretch is set to “-99”.

This error will not occur even when the big/small selection is wrong.

This error also will not occur even when rear-shifting is performed.

This error will occur when the rear feeder movement position big (big lift collision avoidance) B218 is light-shielded while B201 is in a light-shielding state.

(Past instance: B201 harness disconnection.)

* can be either 0, 1 or 2.

Confirm using the following procedure:

Select Lift [Small] in the tray registration.

In the case of Sub-code [Small]

→ Collision avoidance small [Light-shielded] → Abnormality of forward and rearward moving operations of the rear feeder, for example, wrapping condition or braking error.

→ Collision avoidance small [Light-emitted] → Failure of the sensor or the board.

In the case of Sub-code [Big]

→ Only the front part of the lift is elevated → Disconnection of the big/small confirmation sensor, etc.

(Perform sensor check while the lift is in an elevated state.)

→ Both lifts are elevated → Failure of the changing mechanism.

Solution

Press the [RETURN] button.

Select the big lift to use as emergency measures.

Remarks

After releasing the error, it is necessary to perform the big or small lift selection and set the stretch value (fine adjustment) to appropriate values.

This cannot be intentionally generated by setting.

The software avoids the lift at its own discretion even when a strange tray is registered.

There is a high probability that the big/small confirmation sensor or the collision avoidance sensor is defective.
