| Error content | The auxiliary contact of the electromagnetic contactor is abnormal. |
| Detail | While the wrapper is standing by, the contradiction between the auxiliary contact state input of the electromagnetic contactor (AC 200V, DC 24V) that opens and closes the power line and the opening/closing state input of each cover (for example, power is not interrupted although the cover is open) has continued for more than five seconds. Or, a contradictory state has been generated during operation. The sub-error shows the cover state input when an error occurs using a bit mask (as shown below). if any of the covers in multiple locations is open, and if the added value of the following values is inconsistent with the auxiliary contact of the electromagnetic contactor of the POP label applicator, +1 is added and a sub-error is displayed. 2048: The film exchange door is open. Lower left A300 1024: The front cover is open. Lower right A100 0256: The feeder is pulled out. Lower left A300 0128: The [Emergency Stop] button is ON. Lower right A100 0064: The film removal cover is open. Lower left A300 0004: The bottom label conveyor is removed. 0002: PS-AI is pulled out. 0000: There is no open covers. (When an error occurs due to inconsistency with the auxiliary contact of the POP label applicator, +1 is added, so the sub-error becomes an odd number) 0485-2368: The P-1105 board [A300] placed at the lower left is abnormal. (This is executed more preferentially than 0472 “wiring-saving abnormality”.) |
| Release method | Touch the [RETURN] button. |
| User’s action | There is a possibility that the error is restored by firmly opening and closing all the covers. (Front cover, left door, right film removal cover, lower cover of the feeder) You can return to the normal screen by pressing [PLU] after entering “495344” or pressing [RETURN] consecutively 11 times, while the front cover is open. Labeling is only possible in this state. |

| Relevant locations |
[In the case of 0485-0000] ① P-1105 [A100-XJ19] ② Electromagnetic contactor [K100, K101] and wiring to the electromagnetic contactor [ In the case of other than 485-0000] ① Wiring to switches described in the “Detail” field. Blue line on the safety switch: 24V input on the electromagnetic contactor. Wires other than blue wire: Monitoring line of each switch. |
| Remarks | There is a tendency for this error to occur when the cover is closed in a half-way position though it is really not a failure. In the case of AI, it is dangerous to directly measure the DC 24V output place because AC 200V is applied to the P-1105 [A100] board. Measure the voltage at the connector position when checking the output. |
