The label applicator operation is abnormal.

Detail

During operation of the motor, the operation has not been completed within the prescribed time.

The sub-error has the following meanings:

000*: X axis (* = 0: When moving to the left, 1: When moving to the right)

001*: Y axis (* = 0: When moving in the forward direction, 1: When moving in the backward direction)

002*: Z axis (* = 0: When ascending, 1: When descending)

003*: θ axis (* = 0: When rotating clockwise, 1: When rotating counterclockwise)

013*: The sensor event is not generated even after the elapse of the prescribed time when performing the θ axis (* = 0: When rotating clockwise, 1: When rotating counterclockwise) correction operation.

0100: The label applicator moves in front of Printer 2 although Printer 1 is in the sucking state.

0101: The label applicator moves in front of Printer1 although Printer 2 is in the sucking state.

Solution

Press the [RETURN] button.

User’s action

Confirm that the label applicator can be moved smoothly by hand while the emergency stop button is pushed.

Service person’s action

Check the state of grease.
