Detail

Since no label is detected at the cutting, the labels are jammed in the cutter unit or are wrapping around the platen roller.

Solution

Pull the under labeller unit out and remove the label on platen rollers or in the cutter unit, then perform unloaded feed. Set the under labeller roller and the under labeller unit, then press [RETURN] or [PLU] button.
