| Error content | Printer 1 linerless printer has failed to issue labels. |
| Detail | Displayed when the peeling sensor is not shaded within a certain period of time after the label is issued. In the case of a linerless printer, the peeling sensor is shaded by the label within a certain period of time after label feeding starts. A 770 error is displayed when this label cannot be detected. It is assumed when the label wraps around the platen roller and when the label hits the cutter and does not come out. If manual labeling (label issuing with the front cover open) is performed and the label is forcibly pulled out from the label holder immediately after label cutting (before final feeding), the peeling sensor cannot detect the label and an error occurs. |
| Solution | Re-load the label and press the [CUTTER EXEC] button. After pressing this button, perform a blank feed. |
