| Manage- ment No. | Category | Question | Answer | Supplementary Information | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1041 | Specification | Label | Can YUPO labels (synthetic paper) be used? | YUPO label (synthetic paper) cannot be used. If used, it will cause the following problems: • The thermal head is prematurely scraped and damaged. • The thermal head is damaged or malfunctions due to static electricity. • The PC board is damaged or malfunctions due to static electricity. |
|
| 1080 | Specification | Film | Which is the maximum width of the film: 500 mm, 530 mm, 533 mm, or 550 mm? | The maximum width is 533 mm (21 inches). The setting on the screen should be 530 mm. |
|
| 1081 | Specification | Film | Is it possible to set a film with a width of 330 mm or other widths? | Such a film cannot be set. Basically, the width ranges from 250 mm to 500 mm in 50 mm increments. The only exception is 533 mm. | |
| 2020 | Mechanical | Film Cutter | The film cannot be cut. The dotted line appears on the film, but it is not completely cut. |
• Adjust the fixed position of the solenoid. • Change the cutter link to bearing type. • Replace the cutter blade |
|
| 2040 | Mechanical | Out of Film | A break occurs in the film during film transport. Elongated film dregs are generated. |
Make sure that there are no areas on the film transport path where the film could get caught. «Past cases» • Burrs are formed on the insertion plate. • The angle of the insertion plate is pointing upward. (The bottom of the insertion plate is 3 to 4 mm away from the feeder pulley) * It is usually 1 mm away. • The gap between the front and rear of the film feeder and the insertion plate is narrow. • The white plastic collar does not rotate properly and scratches the film. |
Too much tension is applied to the film at the moment when the insertion plate returns to its original position, and the part in contact with the corner of the insertion plate with the highest load is torn. Therefore, only the left side tears every time. Especially when using a film with a width of 450 mm or more, the film supplying position of the front feeder changes, and the film may tear due to the feeder position being too close to the insertion plate position. |
| 2060 | Mechanical | Film Feeder | Film transport fails or the film does not reach the right side. (The film is not transported to the center position) If I hold down the pinch with my hand, it works. |
Even if I think the pinching strength is sufficient, the following effects occur during operation: • The upward reaction force is received by the contact between the pinch bracket and the inset plate. →Lower the angle of the insertion plate in the setting. • Continuous use will cause the solenoid temperature to rise and the solenoid power to drop. (If the coil temperature is 100% at 20°C, the suction power will be 75% at 60°C.) • Spring repulsive force, vibration, etc. →Be sure to check that that normal operation is performed at least 30 times in unit operation 27: FILM FEED. If the pinch opens during operation, weaken it a little. The proper gripping force is 1 to 2.2 kgf. |
Unit operation 27: FILM FEED operates at 75% of normal force. The power will be the same as when the solenoid temperature is 60°C. Since the solenoid dissipates heat naturally, it can be confirmed that there is no problem with the gripping force. This temperature is the temperature inside the coil, and the temperature on the surface of the coil is said to be about 30°C lower. |
| 2061 | Mechanical | Film Feeder | The film comes off the feeder during film transport. When switching the film, the film is turned up from the insertion plate and cannot be transported. |
• Check the pinching strength. • Check transparent roller film dregs, etc. • Check the gloss of the feeder belt. • Check the brake. • Clean the white roller. • Replace the insertion plate. • Install the static elimination rope etc. |
|
| 2062 | Mechanical | Film Feeder | The film will not come to the center unless “CENTERING” is set to +8 when transporting the film. After switching the film or leaving it for a long time, sometimes the film cannot be transported. |
• Check the roll stop position • The film is on the cutter base after film transport. • The film is cut properly. • The pinch strength is correct. • The transparent roller rotates smoothly. • The buffing surface on the right edge of the insertion plate is not damaged. • The film rests on the buff at least 10 mm. • The white resin roller rotates smoothly. • The gap between the insertion plate and the base is about 4 mm. |
|
| 2063 | Mechanical | Film Feeder | The roller clutch cracks. | Since the internal pressure is applied from the one-way clutch side, the roller clutch will crack when used, but there is no particular problem in use. It is important that the outer circumference of the roller clutch sticks to the film and the clutch is in an idling state, and there is no problem as long as the role is fulfilled. |
|
| 2064 | Mechanical | Film Feeder | How does the little clamp on the feeder work? How do I adjust the clamp movement? | Movement: OFF during film transport (The clamp is closed to hold the film and prevent it from dislocating). ON (open) until wrapping is finished after film transport is completed. Adjustment: Since this is a solenoid with an avoidance type link mechanism, there is no need to adjust the force, and basically no adjustment is needed when disassembling. Just install it at a right angle and in parallel. |
There is some adjustment of the opening amount, but no adjustment is required unless the solenoid breaks down. The strength of the belt holder becomes equal to the strength of the spring (no adjustment required). |
| 2065 | Mechanical | Film Feeder | The lower film wraps around the roller clutch (transparent roller, grip ball) for the upper film. | This is caused by the roller clutch idling (deterioration of adhesion with the film due to scratches on the surface), which scrapes out the lower film and hits the roller clutch of the upper film. | |
| 2066 | Mechanical | Film Feeder | Regarding the flat belt meandering prevention parts, can the current integrated parts be installed on former models? | The current integrated parts can be installed. One BEARING:RADIAL is press-fitted, so you should buy that too. |
|
| 2067 | Mechanical | Film Feeder | When the amount of film gets low, the film rolls in and tears off. | Make sure that the insertion plate is selected correctly and then increase the brake force. If the film peels off slightly to the left after the roll stops on a new film, set the position at the moment the film roll stops to about 80 degrees, and then set the position slightly peeled off to about 70 degrees. |
|
| 2068 | Mechanical | Film Feeder | When the amount of film gets low, the film tears off due to excessive tension between the film roll and the insertion plate. | The film may be stretched during film transport due to a tight brake force setting, poor mechanical adjustment of the brake, or heavy roll rotation. In this case, since the roll rotation is delayed in relation to the actual transport amount, the rotation speed of the roll becomes slower, causing the film to stretch and eventually tear. Adjust the brake force, replace the shaft of the holding bar, and replace the rhombic shaped flange bearing to smooth out the rotation mechanically. |
|
| 2080 | Mechanical | Cover | The cover hangs down despite the adjustment of the front cover hinge. How can I adjust it? | Tighten the adjustment screw in the middle of the hinge to make the adjustment. If tightening the screw does not solve the problem, replace the hinge as the resin inside may be worn or hardened. |
|
| 2120 | Mechanical | Roll Hold Unit | The brake force is still strong even after setting the upper roll holding stop position (UPPER ROLL STOP POS.) to -8. How do I adjust it. |
Mechanical adjustment of the brake gap is recommended. The most effective first aid measures are as follows (1) Loosen the setscrew of the bearing unit rhombic shaped flange, push the shaft from the front to the back, and retighten the setscrew (Image of moving the entire shaft backwards). (2) When the wrapper software is modified to J0883V or later, the offset value will change. Also, the maximum value is -12. Also, the maximum value will become -12. |
|
| 2121 | Mechanical | Roll Hold Unit | The roll rotates and rolls inward at the moment it stops, but after waiting for a moment, the film peels off and the roll stop position returns to the position of 70 to 80 degrees. Is this the right state? | Such a phenomenon occurs depending on the film. This is a state in which the braking force is weak. Continued use of the brake may cause the film to roll too far inward and tear off. Readjust the brake so that the angle is about 80 degrees at the moment of stop. |
This phenomenon seems to occur because the film has strong self-adhesion and poor peelability. |
| 2141 | Mechanical | Printer | What is contained in the cleaner for thermal heads and linerless printers? | 99% IPA (isopropyl alcohol). | |
| 2142 | Mechanical | Printer | A margin occurs at the bottom of the print. | Back-feeding may have failed. Make sure that the pulley is not loose and replace the winding unit if necessary. In addition, check the minimum label length for linerless specification. |
The winding unit has a torque limiter that inhibits back-feeding when the limiter wears out and becomes hard. |
| 2160 | Mechanical | Feeder Unit | When double-wound, the film sticks to the centering conveyor and cannot be fed properly. | Slightly sand the surface of the centering conveyor to prevent the film from sticking. | Adjusting the height of the connection plate is somewhat effective, but sanding the belt is more effective. |
| 2161 | Mechanical | Feeder Unit | Is the infeed chain the same for WM-UNI and WM-AI? | Infeed chain is different for both models. WM-AI's chain is longer. | |
| 2162 | Mechanical | Feeder Unit | Is the weighing platter the same for WM-UNI and WM-AI with PS? | The weighing platters are different. The depth differs by 2 mm. | |
| 2180 | Mechanical | Wrapper Unit | I want to order only the green sheet of the discharge pusher. | The green sheet is provided only as it is adhered to the bracket. The sheet will come off soon if it is not properly degreased and glued, so we do not provide only sheets because there are many complaints. |
|
| 2220 | Mechanical | Disassemble | Can the base of the discharge conveyor and the stock conveyor be removed? Can the bottom labeling unit be removed? |
The only part that can be removed is the infeed conveyor. When removing other parts, do so at your own risk. |
|
| 2240 | Mechanical | Modify | I want to change the backward discharge to forward discharge with Type B. | A stock conveyor for forward discharge is required and cannot be arranged by our TS department. Consult with our sales department. | The shape of the stock conveyor is different for forward discharge. |
| 3000 | Electric | Thermal Head | What thermal head can be used with WM-AI? | 000-107-8080-** PRINTER:THERMAL 100-009-7491-** PRINTER:THERMAL 100-010-2669-** PRINTER:THERMAL(latest) Refer to the parts list when ordering parts as these are reference part numbers. |
TDK's thermal head was used only in the earliest stages. Basically, use Toshiba Hokuto's one. |
| 3001 | Electric | Thermal Head | The text is white out. | This may be caused by the thermal head, head cable, P-1100, etc. | |
| 3020 | Electric | Sensor | Is the adsorption sensor of WM-UNI compatible with that of WM-AI? | Only the numbering is different, but they are compatible. AI: 135-0220-01 UNI: 111-8344-29 |
|
| 3061 | Electric | Circuit Board | What should I do when replacing P-1107? | There is no data that needs to be backed up before replacement. After replacing the P-1107, initialize the detection and then perform automatic adjustment (brightness) (distortion) (volume). Although, strictly speaking, it is also necessary to reset the detection dimensions for all trays, in most cases, the data will not be much different from the data before the PC board was replaced, because the dimension correction will work correctly if the automatic adjustment is completed correctly. |
The data on the basic tab and the data on whether or not to use the volume sensor are stored in the device itself and will not be lost even if the PC board is replaced. |
| 3064 | Electric | Circuit Board | After P-1105 (A200) is replaced, two-step issuance is no longer possible. | It will be restored after the printer is initialized. | |
| 3064 | Electric | Circuit Board | What is the fully populated PC board in P-1105? | The board is P-1105D-6. | P-1105D-1, P-1105C-4, and P-1105C-1 are also fully populated, but their electrostatic yield strength is weak. |
| 3080 | Electric | Power Supply | Tell me about the power supply information such as maximum current, maximum power, voltage, and outlet. | Maximum current: 10[A] (maximum value for normal operation) Maximum power: 2000[W]. Voltage: Single-phase 200[V] [Reference] WM-AI_Service-Manual_16th_Edition.pdf 1.1.1 General Specifications 2.3 Power Supply |
The catalog shows 1.8 kW. |
| 3081 | Electric | Power Supply | The power turns off when the power is turned on and nothing is being done. Sometimes the machine does not start up even after turning the main power back on. |
Clarify whether the power is just cut off or whether the (building or machine) breaker is tripped. The power is just turned off (e.g., No display appears): • Is 200[V] applied from the outlet to the logic power supply (U10)(U11)? • If 200[V] is not applied to the logic power supply (U11), check if F102 and F103 fuses are blown. • If 200[V] is not applied to the logic power supply (U11), check if F102 and F103 fuses are blown. • Check for the power plug coming halfway out of the outlet, loose screws in the path, broken connector snaps, etc. • Is 24 VDC being output from the logic power supply (U10)? • If 200[V] is applied to the logic power supply (U10) and 24[V] DC is not output, the logic power supply (U10) may be defective. • Is 24 VDC being output from the logic power supply (U11)? • If 200[V] is applied to the logic power supply (U11) and 24[V] DC is not output, the logic power supply (U11) may be defective. (Building or machine) breaker is tripped: Somewhere is short circuited. Press the emergency stop switch, open the front cover, and turn on the power. • Power turns off immediately after power-up: Water wetness etc. of logic power supply, power switch, fuse socket, or electromagnetic contactor. • Power turns off about 10 seconds after power-up: Power is off after P-1105 operation starts. Replace or clean Electrical parts such as heater roller, film heater, and roll brake. • Power does not turn off after power-up. Power turns off when closing the front cover and releasing the emergency stop switch: P-1105, power supply unit located under the cover on the top panel of the machine, etc. |
When the emergency stop switch is pressed or the front cover is opened • the electromagnetic contactor is released and the power supply for DCB and the power supply for the motor on the top panel are interrupted. • power supplies for the heater roller and film heater are not interrupted. • the power supply unit (U11) on the right side of the main board is also not interrupted. Reasons for a short circuit could be "stripped wire covering", "condensation", "mouse urine", "trapped insects", or "dusty and damp conditions that cause electricity to flow”. |
| 3082 | Electric | Power Supply | Touching the WM-AI causes a succession of shocks. Is it an electric leakage? | Electric leakage from the WM-AI or surrounding equipment. Electric leakage can be avoided if all devices are grounded. |
|
| 3100 | Electric | Display | The screen is dark. | The backlight is built into the display.
"Liquid crystal display harnesses and circuits" and "backlight harnesses and circuits" are separate. The liquid crystal display is powered by P-1100, and the backlight is powered by P-1102. If the screen is dark but visible when illuminated, adjust the brightness in ADJUST mode → Display check if it is visible even if it is dark. If nothing changes, the backlight is faulty. If nothing is visible when illuminated, in many cases, the power supply unit has not started. Check the grounding of the building as well. |
|
| 3120 | Electric | Control | When picking up the second label in the two-label specification, there are two cases: one is to pick up the label directly, and the other is to go back to the original position and then pick it up. | When picking up the second label in the two-label specification, there are two cases: one is to pick up the label directly, and the other is to go back to the original position and then pick it up. When the label issuance is completed, the applicator goes to pick up the label directly from the pasted part, and if the issuance is not completed, the applicator returns to the upper part of the labeling position for the time being (only the height returns to the original position). If the label issuance is not yet completed when the machine returns to the upper part, the label applicator will return to its original position on the left front for the time being. |
|
| 3140 | Electric | Hrness | Is the flat harness of the camera the same for WM-AI and WM-UNI? | They are different. | |
| 3160 | Electric | Harness | If I want to stop the pre-stage conveyor from PS-AI, which part of the PS-AI relay should I connect to? | The place to connect depends on the desired signal on the pre-stage conveyor side. | The relay is OMRON's LY2 DC24. Search on the Internet to check the detailed terminal layout and other information. |
| 3161 | Electric | Interlocking | The pre-stage conveyor is being linked from PS-AI, but it does not work as expected. | The PS-AI relay is designed to operate only when the following two conditions are met: (1) the PS input conveyor is stopped, and (2) the full detection sensor (the most upstream sensor) is shielded from light. The relay will not operate just by pressing the emergency stop switch (since only the condition (1) above has been achieved). There is a case where the relay exceeded its capacity and failed immediately when the power of a large conveyor was directly connected. In such a case, change from the genuine relay to an electromagnetic contactor. |
To check the operation of the relay, shield the full detection sensor from light while the conveyor is stopped, and the relay will react. |
| 4061 | Software | Backup | It takes a long time to back up the data on the file input / output screen. Is there a way to cancel it? | There is no function to cancel in the middle of the process, so please wait. You can stop the output by turning off the power, but please consider this as a last resort since it may cause the internal master to collapse. |
If the machine starts up normally after turning off the power and then back on again, exclude the master that caused the backup to stop and output the file again. |
| 4063 | Software | Backup | What data should I backup before replacing the main board and what data should I restore after replacing the board? | [For exactly the same software]
Use SRAM + master when backing up the data.
Make a note of the license number as the license information cannot be backed up.
When restoring the data, first select all. (All data except label master and labeling history will be selected)
If the machine that acquired the data and the machine that restores the data are the same, there is no problem in restoring the label master data and the labeling history data. (No problem even if the software version is different)
In addition, the "495344 + PLU" input allows you to select data specific to the machine. For machine-specific data, there is no problem in restoring the data as long as the machine that acquired the data and the machine that restores the data are the same and the software version is the same. |
SRAM cannot be input. Label master data and machine-specific data will cause trouble if stored in another device, so they are not selected by Select All. Label master: Data specific to the machine, mainly printer adjustment data Machine-specific data: Data specific to the machine, such as IP address. |
| 4085 | Software | Program | I cannot download the software. | «Past cases» • The USB is not genuine (If a non-genuine USB is used, you may not be able to start the software even if you can input and output files). • The folder name when booting the USB is not “soft”. • The contents of the USB are still compressed. • “Ignore folders" is checked when decompressing the compressed file. |
|
| 4120 | Software | Label Format | I cannot change the label length in ADJUST mode → Label applicator. | The linerless label specification refers to the default format of the print pattern. (the format whose number is blue). The linerless label specification can be changed from the minimum label length to the maximum of 105.0 mm. |
The minimum label length can be changed in the [Delete Empty Column] tab of the print pattern. This setting data is stored in the system settings. |
| 4160 | Software | Parent-child specification | Tell me about the communication environment and software for parent-child linkage. | Connect the parent and child machines with the HUB and LAN cable (straight cable). The parent-child specification is included in the standard software, and no license is required. Only scale is connected to the HUB. Enter parent/child machines and the IP address on the machine/department umber screen in Setup mode (with password entered). |
Operation cannot be guaranteed when connecting without relaying the HUB with a crossover cable. |
| 4180 | Software | Serial No. | I want to re-enter the serial number. I cannot enter the 9-digit number. |
You can enter the number on the machine type setting screen. | The WM requires 7-digit input, so enter the last 7 digits. |
| 4202 | Software | Applicator | How do I perform the bottom label attachment test? | When "UNDER" is selected in ADJUST mode: PRINTER: LABEL FEED tab, “AUTO” and “SEMI AUTO” will appear.
Select “AUTO” and press the [PRINT] key, then the label will rise to the conveyor". If the [PLU] key is pressed in that state, the label will pop out. |
|
| 4222 | Software | Setup | Can the tray master of WM-UNI be used with WM-AI? | It can be used with WM-AI. However, only the tray name and size can be reflected. | |
| 4224 | Software | Setup | What is the best temperature setting for the film fan heater? | The optimum temperature varies depending on the film, but 20 to 25 degrees Celsius is good. Advantages of heating film: • The feeder belt and film stick together more easily (better transport). • The film shrinks slightly, making it less likely to wrinkle. Disadvantage of heating film: • The solvent of the film easily sticks to the left wall or the insertion plate, which leads to poor transport. |
As for cutting the film, there are factors that make it easier to cut the film at high temperatures because it is softer and sticks to the cutter base, and factors that make it harder to cut the film because it stretches. |
| 4261 | Software | Settings | Bottom labels are not automatically pasted on a machine with under printer. The tray stops on the discharge conveyor. | When "UNDER" is selected in ADJUST mode: PRINTER: LABEL FEED tab, “AUTO PASTE LABEL LENGTH” will appear. Normally 105 mm and should not be changed. Labels longer than this must be manually pasted. |
If you set the "Auto-attach label length" to a longer value and continue forcibly attaching labels, 1040-0002 "There is no time to issue label" will appear. |
| 4263 | Software | Settings | The film fan heater does not work. | Since the fan heater is controlled by the thermistor, the fan heater will not rotate if the set temperature is reached. If the setting temperature is set to 40 degrees, the fan heater will rotate. |
|
| 4280 | Software | Total | Will the ABC analysis be lost when the daily totals are cleared? | The data will be lost. | |
| 4300 | Software | Function | The filling height (volume) cannot be changed. | There is a function to switch “Volume” (Auto) or (Select), and a function to select no filling, small filling, medium filling, large filling, or automatic filling. Manual selection of the filling height is not possible unless “Volume” (Select) is selected. |
The default value for “Volume2 (Auto) or (Select) is automatic (registered in the product. If you want to change the default value, change the product default value to “Select”). |
| 4320 | Software | Feeder | Why is the position of the front feeder different for the upper and lower films? | The longer the film width, the greater the stick-out amount of the film to prevent it from falling off during film transport. Therefore, for films with a width of more than 450 mm, the front feeder moves about 1 cm to the back before film transport. For your information, on the rear feeder side, the gap between the notches of the insertion plate is not 50 mm, and the stick-out amount naturally increases. |
|
| 8040 | Others | Capacity | The number of wrapping times is only about 30 per minute. | Main causes of reduced capacity: Wrapping speed, feeding speed The tray goes too far back. Long label length, Labeling position far from printer Long film width, too much stretch amount Non-rigid floor, insufficient jack-up, air conditioner wind (slow scale stabilization) |
|
| 8041 | Others | Capacity | The amount of centering is small. | Centering should be up to 3 cm. Place the tray as close to the center as possible. Or the centering is stepping out. Make sure that the shaft of the conveyor holder is working properly. |
|
| 8042 | Others | Capacity | The last one is slow to be automatically ejected. | Clean and readjust the camera, and check the zero of the scale (press the zero key or turn on the power again). Also check that there is no wind effect. Set the automatic ejection delay time in the automatic recognition adjustment to ”2” for PS-interlocked machines and ”0” for ordinary machines. Automatic ejection requires that the scale is zero and stable and that the camera is not detecting anything. |
|
| 8043 | Others | Capacity | Only the first movement is slow. | Main causes of slow first movement: Return operation is being performed → When recovering from sleep, extend the sleep start time of the production process. Recovery cannot be avoided if the cover is opened for manual labeling or other purposes. Waiting for the suction fan to rotate → Extend the fan off time of label applicator |
|
| 10226 | 0226 | Errors | Error No. 0226-0032 Internal memory capacity is insufficient. |
Check the remaining memory. Sub-code 0032: Error log. Initialize the error log in file I/O. After that, perform memory organization. Memory organization is a function that performs internal data organization to secure the remaining memory capacity. |
|
| 10411 | 0411 | Errors | Error No. 0411-0011 The film insertion motor is abnormal. What could be the cause? |
The insertion plate is not moving in the left-right direction for some reason. Rather than step-out detection, the detection plate did not reach the sensor. • The motor does not move: Failure of motor, P-1006, P-1105, harness, etc. • The motor moves and makes a rattling noise: The insertion plate in contact with the cutter or the cutter base (causing a switching operation error), loose link block setscrew, hard rod end (seized, poorly tightened), sensor misalignment or failure, etc. It is also possible that the cutter base is worn out and the film sticks to the base. |
|
| 10418 | 0418 | Errors | Error No. 0418-0003 The feeder motor is abnormal. |
This error is caused by an overload of feeder rotation. • Is there any film stuck in the feeder? • Is the feeder in contact with the insertion plate? • Check drive belt tension, hexagonal shaft bearing lubrication, etc. • The threshold has been changed in wrapper application J0883M. (The motor is no longer stopping under some overload) |
|
| 10420 | 0420 | Errors | Error No. 0420-0003 The motor is abnormal after feeder movement. |
If the rear feeder stops at the front, the origin detection sensor installed at the lower right of the main unit is not able to shade the light due to the detection plate being warped or other reasons. Put a label or something on the end of the detection plate and check if the sensor reacts by returning the rear feeder, If the rear feeder stops at the back, the origin detection sensor is normal. The rear feeder position detection sensor installed at the right end of the feeder is not reacting, or the position of the detection plate is too misaligned (If the detection plate is misaligned to the maximum, it will not respond even if the sensor is light-shielded) In this case, take the following actions: • Make sure that the thick harness of the rear feeder is connected. • Check that the front and rear feeders are installed parallel to each other (check that the belt is not jumping). • Stop the detection plate of the rear feeder position detection sensor at the center of the slotted hole and try to return it. |
The origin detection sensor is the foremost of the three sensors lined up at the bottom right of the main unit. |
| 10422 | 0422 | Errors | Error No. 0422-0001 The centering motor is abnormal. |
First, check if the centering motor moves or not. The motor does not work: P-1006C-5 at the bottom right of the main unit, power supply on the right of the top panel, etc. The motor does not work: Sensor, detection plate The motor tries to move but cannot: Bent sprocket, conveyor holding bar not down, etc. |
|
| 10423 | 0423 | Errors | Error No. 0423-**** The lift switching operation is abnormal. |
The lift switching solenoid operation could not be completed normally. The meanings of sub-errors are as follows: 0003: When the switching sensor is shielded from light when the lift is lowered (Spring is broken, etc.) 0010: Operation was not completed while switching to small lift. 0011: Operation was not completed while switching to large lift. (Bracket stuck to the rubber foot, sensor failure, etc.) |
|
| 10435 | 0435 | Errors | Error No. 0435-0001、0011、0021 The voltage of wrapping unit PC board is abnormal. |
If 0485-0000 “Cover or door is open” (in older software, the auxiliary contact of the electromagnetic contactor is abnormal) appears together, deal with this error. If only 0435-***1 appears, it means the PC board is faulty. Replace the P-1105 PC board. |
Due to the control flow and structure of the machine, when 0485-0000 appears, 0435 and 0608 appear at the same time. Replacing the power supply unit does not make any sense at all.vvvvvv |
| 10460 | 0460 | Errors | Error No. 0460-0000 The product was not fed into the line. This error occurs in the case of a footed tray. |
Decrease the sensitivity of the product detection sensor on the lift. There is no other way. |
In the case of AI, the sensor function cannot be turned off. |
| 10465 | 0465 | Errors | Error No. 0465-**** The upper film was not supplied. Error No. 0466-**** The lower film was not supplied. |
The film detection lever on the left side of the feeder did not respond within a certain time after the film was transported. You cannot tell from this error whether it is in the front or the back. |
|
| 10477 | 0477 | Errors | Error No. 0477-0000 The infeed bar is not at the original position. |
This error occurs when the infeed bar is fed all the way up onto the lift and reversing the motor does not bring it back to the sensor position. It is not a sensor failure, but a chain malfunction. Perform hardware adjustments such as replacing the plastic container chain, replacing the guide pusher if it is damaged, replacing the bearings of the infeed bar if they are damaged, correcting the centering drive sprocket if it is bent, adjusting the tension of the drive metal chain and lubricating it, and checking the looseness of the drive sprocket key. |

| 10485 | 0485 | Errors | Error No. 0485-0000 Occasionally an abnormality occurs in the auxiliary contact of the magnetic contactor. |
Over-tightening the screw in the center of the front cover hinge often causes this error due to high repulsive force and half-opening of the cover. | |
| 10511 | 0511 | Errors | Error No. 0521-0000 The tray is placed in front. |
With PS-AI interlocking machine, this error occurs when the tray front detection sensor on either side of the weighing platter is shielded from light. This situation is treated as an error, because it may cause the infeed bar to bite the tray when the bar starts up, or may cause the bar to ride over the connection bar in front and cause a weighing error. First of all, clean the sensor and reflector. In the case of manual placement, place the tray in the back (put the sensor in a state where it can emit light). If this error occurs even though the product is supplied by PS-AI, find out the cause, such as PS-AI and WM-AI not docked in parallel, PS-AI's transport bar being bent, the bar bouncing when it comes down, or the original position being wrong. |

| 10608 | 0608 | Errors | Error No. 0608-0000 The label applicator has stopped working. |
0485-0000 "Cover or door is open" (in older software, the auxiliary contact of the electromagnetic contactor is abnormal) should appear at the same time, so deal with this error. The cause of the error is the same, the 0485 error is caused by the wrapper and the 0608 error is caused by the application of the label applicator. |

| 11040 | 1040 | Errors | Error No. 1040-0002 Label issuance is not in time. |
There is a case where this error occurred when “AUTO PASTE LABEL LENGTH” was changed from the default 105 mm to 200 mm, and 110 mm labels were automatically applied in succession. When "UNDER" is selected in ADJUST mode: PRINTER: LABEL FEED tab, “AUTO PASTE LABEL LENGTH” will appear. | |
| 13018 | 3018 | Errors | Error No. 3018-0000 The tray is placed in front. |
This error occurs when the tray is blocking the sensor as a result of checking the tray front position sensor on the weighing platter after the PS-AI pusher pushes the tray. An error may occur even though the pusher is pushing the edge of the tray, or the pusher may ride over the tray. What to do when an error occurs even though the pusher is pushing the edge of the tray • Make sure that the weighing platter is not out of position. • Make sure that the PS-AI and WM-AI are parallel. (The contact surface should not be in inverted V-shape). • Make sure that the pusher is not bent. • Maximize the sensitivity of the tray front position sensor. • Move the detection plate for the original position of the pusher to the upstream side. (The sensor is on the left side) If the pusher rides over the tray • Move the center sensor out of the three sensors on the PS-AI conveyor to the WM-AI side. • Replace Hanenite (black damping rubber) • «Past cases» Make sure that the part that comes in contact with the rubber of the pusher is not broken. |
Normally, if the PS-AI pusher moves, the tray will stop at a position about 1 cm beyond the tray front position sensor. There is a case where, during parts replacement, the holding force was weak due to incorrect bearing mounting position inside the pusher, and the pusher sometimes bounced. |
