0000: Printer

The peeling sensor is light-shielded when prechecking the start of printing.

The peeling sensor value (Peel Sensitivity) is less than the threshold value (Peel Detect).

Adjust the peeling sensor sensitivity.

Confirm that the optical axis of the peeling sensor is positioned accurately.

The message may vary depending on the error location.

0001: Label applicator (The label detection sensor is in a reflection state, and the error is detected by the sensor check of the upper label applicator.)

0002: POP label applicator

Solution

Remove the label remaining on the printer and adjust slackning of the label mount.
